Q: When should I arrive for my treatment?

A: We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment so that you can check in without being rushed. Early arrival also allows you time to use our Foot Massagers that are sure to massage all of your tension away and get you ready for your treatment.
 
If you are scheduled for a PAINLESS WAXING SERVICE please inquire prior to you're scheduled appointment what the appropriate arrival time should be. Times will vary depending on treatment area. You may avoid earlier arrival time for PAINLESS WAXING by purchasing our numbing agent prior to appointment.

Q: What should I wear for my treatment?

A: We recommend you wear whatever you are comfortable changing in and out of. If you are receiving a waxing treatment or a nail treatment, you will probably not be changing into a robe so wear clothes that allow easy access to the appropriate areas and bring sandals that won't be covered after the polish.

Q: What if I have to cancel or reschedule?

A: If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule, we require 24 hours notice for all appointments. Appointments cancelled in less than the required time will be billed 100% of the cost of each service.

Q: Is Simply Gorgeous clean?

A: Simply Gorgeous is all about a clean and healthy environment for each technician and client that comes to our spa. We even make sure the water used is the purest it can be. We use 3x filtered water, with Carbon Filter and Ultra Violet-Ozone Filters. Our Manicurist uses disposable containers for soaking your feet and NO ACRYLIC is used in our Spa for clean and odor free air.

Q: What if I have health conditions?

A: Any health conditions should be filled out on our client card for, and discussed with your technician. For you safety and care, it is crucial that we have this information on file and your technician is aware of any existing or new health conditions.

Q: How Can I pay for my services?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and of course, cash or checks.

Q: Do you sell Gift Certificates?

A: A service or treatment from Simply Gorgeous is the PERFECT gift! You can purchase a gift certificate for any amount, either partial or full and even include gratuity. Just come by our Spa and we will be happy to give you a gift certificate or you can call and order one that can be mailed to you or the person receiving it.
