* We will always provide you a thorough consultation;
listen to your needs and desires, and offer creative ideas that will suit your personality and lifestyle.

* We will be on time for your appointment just as we expect you to be on time.

* If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your time so that we dont run behind with our other guests.

* If we are 15 minutes late for your appointment and you were not notified in advance, your service will be reduced by 50% for the inconvenience.

* We will always educate you on the professional products that we use so you are able to maintain your service at home.

* We will always reserve your next appointment time to make sure you get a time that works best for your schedule.

* We will offer a courtesy confirmation call 72 hours in advance o if there is any challenge with your appointment time we can adjust it to fit your needs.

* We will be open to communication both before during and after your appointment so that if any challenges arise we may solve them in an appropriate time frame.

* We will make sure you are aware of the cancellation policy so that we all may succeed.

* We will correct any challenge with your service as long as you call within 3 days from the time of your visit.
